Full payment with each order by personal check, Mastercard, VISA or Discover, is required. In most cases we will ship plants by USPS or UPS Ground Carrier. Plants become the property of the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We cannot be responsible for delays, damage or loss in transit. Any claims should be filed immediately with the carrier, and you must keep the plants and the shipping container. In any case we are not liable for more than the original cost of the plants.
Please check your packing slip carefully for any discrepancies. We must be notified immediately of any problems.
We have closely examined our costs of shipping and packaging and maintain a cost as close to our expenses as possible.
Orders will be shipped at the best time depending on the condition of the plants. some plants can only be shipped during specific periods of the year. You will be notified of th approximate time period during which the plants will be shipped from the nursery. However, some shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions, plant growth or other factors beyond our control.
We can not be held responsible for losses due to extreme weather, soil conditions, improper storage conditions, delayed planting or improper selection for individual hardiness zones.
